Dr. Tabitha Grow, ND

Dr. Tabitha Grow, ND, is a licensed Naturopathic Physician at Restorative Health Clinic dedicated to finding the underlying drivers of complex chronic illness, helping people heal from years of symptom management and misunderstood diagnoses. She understands how environmental exposures, infection, inflammation, cellular function and metabolic health compound, resulting in often invisible and debilitating ailments. She is here to be hope when fear, sadness and frustration overwhelm what’s possible. She delights in celebrating the little wins that compound into patients reclaiming their health.

She pays close attention to how the body and cells produce and use energy; she considers nutrition and metabolic support as a foundation of care. Intrigued with how the immune system is impacted by metabolic activity and mitochondrial health, Dr. Grow integrates innovative research-backed treatments alongside traditional naturopathic therapies. She meets each patient with curiosity and patience, while aiming to help them understand what is happening in their bodies and why, so they can take an active, informed role in their recovery. Her treatment plans are thorough, but they are also built to fit each patient’s daily life, energy, and resources.

Dr. Grow trained closely with physicians whose work centers on Lyme co-infections, mold illness, Long COVID, MCAS, dysautonomia and mitochondrial health. She continues her education through the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS), and the International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness. She has also attended the Dysautonomia International, Low-Dose Naltrexone, and Metabolic Health conferences.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Grow is a parent and a Cub Scout den leader. She spends her free time outdoors with her family in the Pacific Northwest.
